Our specialised advice service is designed to help people with severe and enduring mental illness in the Surrey boroughs of:
The service is aimed at those who are unable as a result of their illness to visit or telephone their local Citizens Advice Bureau in the normal way.
The service offers free, comprehensive and confidential advice services in such areas as housing, welfare benefits, debt, employment and relationships. For example it helps clients to put their finances in order by managing any debts, securing benefits to which they are entitled, and obtaining grants or services from charities.
We are based in Epsom but our staff will be able to see clients at convenient locations across all the four boroughs that we cover. See our Contact page for details of our current Drop-In Advice services
We collect regular feedback on the quality of our service, and health outcomes for our clients.
